Manager, Technology Partnerships – Zapier

By bb 9 September, 2020

A Manager, Technology Partnerships impacts Zapier’s growth by defining the strategy, process, and management of the team that is responsible for working with partners on product partnerships. This team primarily focuses on cultivating, developing, deepening relationships with Zapier’s key partners like Slack, Zoom, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Shopify, and more by driving the mass distribution of Zapier’s products to their user bases.

The purpose of this role is to grow and lead the Partner Management team, provide the strategy and frameworks for how we attract and engage our partners, and partner with Product and Engineering to develop the tools our partners need to provide their users with seamless automation capabilities. This individual will also play a key role in defining what reciprocal programs are needed to ensure our partners find value in partnering with us. This is a people manager role, not an IC role.

This is the ideal position for a motivated individual who has proven management experience, is well versed in SaaS product partnerships, enjoys working cross-functionally in a polished manner, relishes diving into product roadmaps and APIs, and is ready to take their expertise to the global stage of Zapier.
